- We all know about centrality of state and its institutions in various concepts such as Human rights. This is what defines the rights in the disturbed areas visa vi normal areas. So it is important that state stay on right attitude and can be seen in this verdict.

Legitimacy at its core is the acceptance of the state's institutions as necessary, whether it is necessary evil [in areas struck with violence] or necessary good [Defending the rights, making social provisions]. But when the necessary evil turns out to become essentially evil [That is punishing even the good], people acceptance of this necessary evil will not stand good.
ReplyDeleteTo understand , in violence struck areas, according to research, the first thing people need is security. Only then does development matters. But in providing that security state cannot target good people and if it does, retribution is a must for the state to continue on its path of providing security.
